Welcome to the North Ridgeville Baseball League home page. The North Ridgeville Baseball League is an organization that fields boys and girls travel baseball and softball teams in Hot Stove and Puritas Travel Baseball and LMOGSO Softball leagues. Home games are played at the meticulously maintained Palmer Field. Travel teams are divided by gender, age groups and abilities.

Open registration is now over. Only those age groups needing players will remain open, until they are filled. The following age groups will remain open until they are filled:
ºGirls Class C (13 and 14 year olds)
ºGirls Class D (15 through 18 year olds)
ºBoys Class I (7 and 8 year olds) - 4 spots open
ºBoys Class HH (9 year olds) - 3 Spots open
ºBoys Class EE (15 and 16 year olds)
ºBoys Class E (17 and 18 year olds)
These spots may go fast! You may only register and pay online at this point.

Please note that players that are part of a freeze list do not need to register in person.
All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. New players must also provide a copy of their birth certificate at the time of registration.
| It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the sudden passing of Royce Klein on January 23, 2014. Royce was a former board member, including President, and most recently Equipment Director in 2008. He also served as a coach, umpire and friend. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family. He will truly be missed.

A Night at the Races - 2014!

•Buy a Horse or more ($20) - Horses' and owners' names will be printed in the program and announced during the race. There are 10 races with 12 horses each. Owner of winning horse received a trophy and a prize! There is no limit to the number of horses you may purchase. Note: The 10th race will be an auction race.
•Sponsor a Race ($100) - Business card (or equivalent size ad) will be placed on the race page of the program. Sponsor will be announced at the beginning of the race!

|Background Check Information
All coaches are required to have a current background check on file.
Boys team coaches may click HERE for instructions as well to check their status. Boys coaching background checks are valid for two seasons.
Girls team coaches may click HERE for instructions on obtaining their background check. Girls background checks must be done annually.
Once obtained, boys coaches must forward their 16-digit NCSI number, along with the last 4 digits of their SSN. Girls coaches must forward the receipt number they receive along with the last 4 digits of their SSN. Those all must be sent to Pat Anderson prior to performing any coaching activities.
|2014 Head Coaching Applications
|Those interested in becoming a head coach (not assistant) for the 2014 season will need to complete and submit an online application. Applications will be reviewed by the Board. |2014 Umpire Clinics
|Interested in becoming an umpire?
There will be free umpire clinics held for ages 12 through adult
for both Hot Stove (Boys) and OGSO (Girls) certified umpires.
New umpires need to attend all 3 clinics. Returning umpires must attend one.
Any umpire age 16 and younger must take the test on the final date.
You have the option of being carded for boys, girls or both.

Saturday, March 29th, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM at All Pro Freight Stadium
The next coaches meeting will be on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at Bullfrog's Sports Cafe, at 7:00 PM. Please make sure all head coaches are present, as well as anyone interested in coaching in 2014. Assistants and team moms are also welcome to attend.
